ESCORP


The Electronic Survey Coordination Platform (ESCORP) tools help facilitate smooth operational within OSGoF in carrying out modern forms of Mapping and Geo-spatial information.

It can be seen as a comprehensive, overlapping work unit. Thereby, it is incorporated in all important planning and organizational steps across OSGoF, develops effective standards and processes in OSGoF (in the context of—among other things—best-practice management) and contributes significantly to the monitoring of field assignments.

Core Functions


Aid in the effective co-ordination of surveying and mapping activities in the country

Aid in the proper documentation of all available Geo-spatial information in OSGoF

Acquisition of current, high-resolution imagery covering the country for sustainable decision making

Timely delineation, demarcation, maintenance and administration of the country’s boundaries

Acquisition, processing and execution of relevant geo-information needs of various Ministries, Departments and Agencies


Requirement
